Our newborn care specialists are highly qualified nannies who provide direct care for infants. This is a highly skilled position and requires intense screening.

Here are a few key responsibilities of a Newborn Care Specialist:

Around-the-Clock or Daytime Support

Bottle preparation, bathing and changing, develop a sleep schedule, support with baby related errands.

Hands-On Care for Newborns

They provide practical, hands-on care for newborns, addressing their immediate needs and ensuring their well-being.

Guiding and Educating New Parents

Newborn Care Specialist offer guidance and education to parents on various aspects of newborn care, such as feeding, establishing routines, and promoting healthy sleep habits.

Overnight Care

Newborn Care Specialists often handle overnight care, allowing new parents to get much-needed rest and recover from the physical demands of childbirth.

The pay rate ranges from $30-$80 plus per hour. This may be a live in or live out position.
