Rest assured that in our nanny recruitment process, no detail is overlooked. Our nannies are screened and fully committed to providing a secure environment. We go the extra mile by conducting a background check that includes SSN trace, address verification, national criminal, county criminal search, motor vehicle, drug test, and psychological assessment are available upon request.

An Application
Nannies submit required documents for review and complete an Agency application.
Application Review and Assessment
All materials are reviewed, and candidates are selected for their first interview.
Let’s Talk
This is a discovery process where we learn more about the perspective candidate, personality type, work related experience, qualifications and determine a potential match.
Reference Review
References are contacted and asked to review past performance, relationship to candidate and job specific questions.
Online Overview
Online presence is reviewed and included as an intricate part of the selection process.
Background Discovery
We conduct an in-depth background check to include: national sex offender registry clearance, security watch list clearance, state and federal criminal history search, driving record check, and drug testing upon request.
California Applicants and TrustLine
All California candidates are registered and fingerprinted with their state mandated TrustLine system when extension and acceptance formal offer.
Lads and Lasses’ Placement Package Fee
We are committed to assisting you in nurturing respectful, joyful, and happy children by providing exceptional services.
Lads and Lasses is a staffing agency focused on locating the perfect match for your family. Our selective screening process is tailored to fit your requirements. We are an organization dedicated to childcare and exceed online services by prioritizing quality over quantity.
The Registration Fee includes an initial intake process where we learn about you and your family requirements, candidate salary preferences, employment laws and candidate onboarding process. Registration Fees are due after consult if you decide that Lads and Lasses is a good fit to find your perfect match.
Registration Fee
$400
is required to launch your customized search for Nannies and Assistants.
Registration Fee
$500
is required to conduct a Private Educator or New Born Care Specialist.
Placement Fee
$5,000-$7,000
Registration fee is applied to placement. One Candidate replacement within 100 days. Placement fee due prior to start date.
A recommended placement packages consists of:
- Paid Time Off

- 2 Weeks Vacation
- Yearly End Bonus
- Food Stipend
- Healthcare Contribution
- Housing or Relocation Stipend
